Acoustic Draft Meads are hand-crafted from honey, fruit, herbs and spices. Acoustic Meads are Michigan's Original Session Mead they are lightly carbonated with tiny bubbles and drink more like ale (at an average of 6% abv.) than wine. All Acoustic Draft Meads are naturally GLUTEN FREE!

We also brew our own hard cider and cyser too!

Apple BzZz

(6%abv.)

Traditionally called a “Cyser”, Apple BzZz is crafted with 100% MI Apples (Ida Reds, Romes, Golden Delicious) and is a more complex alternative to traditional hard ciders. It has seasonal notes of juicy apples dipped in honey with a delicate middle spiciness and a dry pear-like finish. It is absolutely sensual with pork, chicken, BBQ and spice cakes.

BlueZBeRi BzZz

Mead with Blueberries, Pomegranate and Honey make the happiest Blues music on Earth. Float
Guinness Stout on top for a Black n Blue.

 

CheRi-BeRi BzZz

A mead with Sweet Dark Cherries and Blackberries tango together in a juicy sweet dance with a dry finish.

Cherry BzZz

Michigan Tart Cherries and Star Thistle honey are balanced with herbs and spices for a refreshing beverage that has no earthly comparison. Cherry BzZz pairs great with fish, fowl, meats, cheese, bread, thirst and glassware.

Electric BzZz Mead

Apricot and orange zest create a spectacular taste extravaganza. Like a mimosa; perfect,
morning, noon and night.

 

Harmonic BzZz

This delicious blend of Cherry BzZz, Apple BzZz, and 'Honey BzZz meads evokes fruit flavors of pear
and plum even tho it only has apple and cherry singing along with the honey. Great with
anything from fruit salads to spicy curried dishes.

 

Honey BzZ Mead

Honey BzZz is like a baby champagne, smaller abv and tinier bubbles than regular Champagne. Goes well with an array of fancy or fun foods.

 

JazZzBeRi BzZz Mead

If an alcoholic beverage could be produced from the sounds coming from Miles Davis' horn it would taste like this; a phrase of Cran', a voice of Rasp', a note of Funk and a crescendo of Soul. With 4 types of honey, cranberry, raspberry, buckwheat and star thistle it is a concert for the palette. Warning! This beverage is refreshingly funtastic and if you pair this with cheesecake you may overindulge.

Maple Apple BzZz Mead

Crafted with Michigan Honey, Michigan Apples and Pure Michigan Maple Syrup, this
beverage is not for putting on pancakes, but definitely useful for washing some down.

 

StrawBeRi Rose BzZz Mead

Either "drinking-in" the Summer Garden or drinking in the Summer Garden; enjoying the taste
of fresh Strawberries, Honey and Rose Hip Tea is the next best thing to BEING in a Summer
Garden. Pair with light meals, salads or fresh fruit.

Rock Hard Cider

Crisp, clean refreshing hard apple cider. Made with 3 different varieties of Michigan apples.
blends well with all the meads and pairs well with a plethora of edibles.

Rock Steady Red Hard Cider

Tart red Cider with wild Aronia berries, a tasty combination that adds a dry fruit tone to this refreshing cider. Pairs well with cookouts, cheeses and fun.
